Można zrobić jedną listę z Lidzbarka/Ornety.

wiem, że ten Vaclav miał wysyłać do ciebie zaproszenie, więc poprosiłem i dla nas. Teraz bez sensu to odkręcać. Mamy zapewnione miejsce biwakowe przy ich pułku lub w razie złej pogody mają nam zarezerwować dobre miejsce w budynku.

Vaszek (Vaclav) Kubesz przysłał przed chwilą zaproszenie i kartę zgłoszenia na Austerlitz, Trzeba zaklepać skład (transport to inna sprawa) i wypełnić. Ja potwierdzam chęć.

INVITATION

The major commemorative event dedicated to the napoleonic history in central Europe will be held on the Austerlitz battlefield on the 28th – 30th november 2014. The main points of program will be the saturday battle re-enactement under the Santon hill (14:00) and the sunday act of piety at the Peace monument, the place of the hardest fight of the battle of Austerlitz (12:00).

This invitation is destined to the units adressed by the respective e-mail only.

The organizers provide:

- black powder and meals (saturday: breakfast, lunch, dinner; sunday: breakfast)
- lodging for those who need it (in schools, etc.)
- travel reimbursements according to the following table depending on the distance of the participant’s residence from Tvarozna:

Up to 50 km circuit A CZK 0,– per person
Up to 100 km circuit B CZK 100,– per person
Up to 200 km circuit C CZK 200,– per person
Up to 300 km circuit D CZK 300,– per person
Up to 400 km circuit E CZK 400,– per person
Over 400 km circuit F CZK 700,- per person

The amount is double for a cannon.

The reimboursement will be payed by bank transfer to the account specified by each unit. It is necessary to fill in the attached (see the last page) list of passengers (participants) and to give it to the organizers on sunday, the 30th november 2014.

The travel reimboursement is paid to the officers, NCOs and soldiers only; the number of non-military personnel must not exceed 10% of the military numbers of the unit.

The above mentioned conditions may change according to the real possibilities of the event budget.
